What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your arrival date.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings include a 48-hour grace period for full refunds regardless of the property's cancellation policy. After that, each property displays its specific cancellation policy during booking (Flexible, Moderate, Firm, or Strict). Most policies allow full refunds when cancelled well in advance, with reduced refunds closer to arrival. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM local time. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be arranged in advance. Additional fees may apply.
