General Description
Located in the center of this lakeside town, Bella Bellagio is on the first floor of a building directly across the street from Lake Como and the ferry stop. From here, guests walk to shops including the antique shop on the floor below and dine at restaurants featuring fresh fish from the lake.

Venture out each day to a new lakeside town, including Varenna, Tremezzo, Como and little Nesso perched high on a hillside. Return each evening, pick up some food at the market and enjoy a barbecue on the backterrace. Bella Bellagio offers maid service if arranged when booking.

The furnishings are a combination of family heirlooms and antiques in the living room with more simple furniture in the narrow kitchen and bedrooms. All bedrooms have window screens, and both queen bedrooms are air conditioned. As in many homes, the bedrooms are not equal. One queen bedroom is smaller and simpler in style than the other.

From the living room and balcony, you have a direct view of the lake and the street below. In the rear, Bella Bellagio has a furnished terrace with a small sloping garden.

Parking is on a first come, first served basis with a small free parking area across the street. When that's full, there are two other lots within 200 yards. For those who plan to take day trips around the lake, the ferry across the street runs from dawn to dusk.
