Good quality furnishings accented with antiques. The living/dining room is spacious, has three seating areas and the open floor plan was designed for entertaining. An additional living area is on the first floor near the billiard table.

The modern well equipped kitchen features a barbecue fireplace



Minuses
Being on a working vineyard, workers and their equipment are present with the most active during the annual grape harvest, which usually occurs in the last two weeks of September.

Parking is free at the property.



Steps & Stairs
Walk 10 yards on a flagstone path and one step up to the main ground floor entrance. The most accessible two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor with all others requiring 17 steps.

Private villa in a beautiful country setting surrounded by vineyards that is offered at a great value. Very spacious living/dining room. Great location for day trips in the Veneto including Verona and Venice.



Pool
Private pool. Pool opens June 1st and closes on September 30th. Pool towels are not provided.



Road Condition
Access is by car on a winding, paved road for the last 3 miles.



Views
Both the villa and its grounds offer lovely views of vineyards and the rolling countryside.

What's nearby
Shopping and dining: The small village of Romagnano, a mile away has one grocery shop. Grezzana, less than 10 minutes by car has supermarkets, a pizzeria, three trattorias, café bars, a post office, banks and a pharmacy.

Not to be missed: Villa Arvedi, an impressive villa with Italianate gardens, in Grezzana.

Golf: The Verona Golf Course near Sommacampagna is within a half hour drive.

Outdoor activities: In the immediate area you will find walking trails. A 20 minute drive north near Bosco Chiesanuova, there are mountains for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Lake Garda and Gardaland, Italy's most famous amusement park open from March to the end of October in Peschiera are within a one hour drive.

Special Events: Vinitaly, an international known wine expo takes place in Verona during the first week of April. In July and August the arena of Verona hosts its world-renowned opera festival.

Open air market: On the third Saturday of every month there is an antiques, artisan and art market at Sagrato Basilica of S. Zeno in Verona.
