Amidst the beauty of the Val di Chiana, Family Reunion is a very affordable home base for larger groups within easy reach of Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona and much more. Being located just off of the Strada del Vino, the scenic wine route that winds through southern Tuscany, means an easy five minute drive into Montepulciano in one direction, and in the other direction, a ten minute drive ends at the entry to the A1 autostrada for easy touring.
Made up of a farmhouse and two cottages, this property features 10 air conditioned bedrooms paired with 10 bathrooms. The air conditioning is conveniently included in the price. Six of the bedrooms are conveniently found on the ground level. The majority of Family Reunion's bedrooms come with two single beds that may be fitted and joined into a queen size bed. When booking, be sure to let us know your sleeping preferences, and the rooms will be configured prior to your arrival.
Family Reunion is a simply furnished, country home with screened windows and a living room seating 10 guests. The dining room inside and the fully covered, dining area outdoors both seat all 20 guests. Outdoor gatherings are further enhanced by a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The pool is accessed by walking down a small hill behind the house. Meals and cleaning service may be arranged at booking.
With the exception of the Peak Season, Family Reunion is available to smaller groups of up to 14 guests at a reduced price. When rented at this price, the two cottages are closed.
The estate produces olive oil, grappa, Vin Santo dessert wine and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, from the vines surrounding the farmhouse. On Sunday evenings, the estate reception found 500 yards away offers a free tasting of wines and olive oil produced on the grounds. All items may be purchased from the friendly reception staff during their posted hours of operation.
The charming medieval towns of Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano, with restaurants and shops are a five minute drive away; the entrance to the A1: 10; Pienza: 20; Cortona: 30; Montalcino: 45; Arezzo, Perugia or Siena: 60; Florence, Orvieto or Assisi: 80; San Gimignano: 90, and Rome is two hours away.
A tourist tax collected by the town is paid separately. Children under age 12 are exempt.

Cottage for 2: Eat-in kitchen with stove top and fridge. One bedroom with two single, joinable beds. One bathroom with shower.
When rented for up to 14 guests, the two cottages are closed.
