|The building entrance has 2 steps to reach the elevator which opens to the home's entrance on the third floor. 20 steps are required to reach the fourth floor since it is not serviced by elevator.|

|For those taking along a laptop or an Internet capable device (ie. tablets, smartphones, iPads, iPhones), a portable cellular WiFi modem with a fixed monthly data allowance suitable for checking email is provided. Guests are asked to refrain from downloading movies in order to avoid exceeding the usage limit. If the amount does run out, there are internet cafes in the area.|

|Privately owned condominium of modern construction - A corner unit located on the top two floors. Large noise insulated windows and several sets of double glass doors allow for plenty of natural light in the living and dining rooms. Professionally restored with exceptional quality kitchen and marble bathrooms. Wood floors throughout with parquet on the entry level.
Interior Amenities - All rooms have vented air conditioning with temperature controls in each room. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Layout notes - The entry level bedroom is smaller in size than the others and has a French size bed, also known as a double or full size bed. The top floor's two bedrooms have sloping ceilings resulting in skylights in the place of windows.
|The kitchen is equipped with a five burner gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, US style coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Glass doors conveniently open to the sea view dining terrace with a gas grill.|
|In this region with mountainous terrain, the train follows the shoreline and tracks are 50 yards from the rear of the house. Passing trains are heard while on the terrace. Double paned windows reduce the impact to a muffle indoors.
The two bedrooms on the top floor have skylights in the place of windows due to the sloping ceilings.
Twice each summer, the estate's sea water pool is drained and fresh sea water is piped in; this cleansing process takes place without advance notice and closes the pool for 1.5 to 2 days.

|The apartment comes with two private parking spaces in the estate's lot located 70 yards from the entrance.|
|Steps & Stairs|
|Walk 70 level yards from the private parking or guests may be dropped off at the building's main entrance with two steps to reach the elevator. The unit is comprised of two floors with the elevator servicing the entry level with one bedroom and bathroom. The others require 20 steps.|
|Phone charges are based on the number of message units used and are paid on-site in Euro. A cellular phone is also available. The phone is typically charged with 25 or 50 Euro worth of calling time. Guests only pay for the usage consumed. If you require additional minutes, please ask your keyholder for assistance.|
|The spectacular setting of this very exclusive, gated estate - an oasis with lush greenery, swaying palm trees, scenic walkways, staircases leading down to the sea and a seaside swimming pool - mesmerizing sea views are seen from all directions!
Fully air conditioned with spacious rooms and renovated to a high standard. The focal point of the house is the large sea view terrace furnished for outdoor dining and living.
Very central location for visiting all of the Riviera whether by car, train or bus. Two parking spaces included in the rental. A robust one mile walk in either direction leads to small villages, each with a couple of restaurants, and the train station is within one third of a mile.
|The seawater filled pool, shared with other condominium residents, is open from mid May to mid September and closes daily at 9 pm. Pool towels are provided.|
|The five mile drive from the highway exit is along a paved road.|
|Satellite SKY package - The TV in the living room has this service including Italian and European channels, a few news channels such as British SKY News and movie channels in English.|
|Positioned along the coast, there are sensational sea views from the terrace, living room loggia and the dining room. The Portofino promontory is part of the view. The estate has a number of scenic walkways directly on the cliffs and the shared pool has sea views. The French bedroom looks out at the hillside and neighboring homes. The remaining bedrooms have skylights that require standing to see out of them.|

|Shopping and Dining: Within one half a mile heading uphill, there is a tiny square, Piazzale San Michele with a neighborhood café bar, fruit & vegetable store, a panificio or bakery and a butcher shop. The seaside villages of Sori, one mile away, and Bogliasco, just over a mile away, both have a couple of café bars, 5 - 6 restaurants, butchers, fish stores and pharmacies. Bogliasco has a larger supermarket that's open on Sunday. For more dining and shopping options, the resort towns of Recco and Nervi are within easy 10 minute drives.
Not To Be Missed: The village of Nervi, a 12 minute drive away, and its Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, a 1.2 mile footpath along the rocky coastline once used by fishermen. Today, it is frequented by locals and tourists visiting the cafes and restaurants interspersed along the route. Along the path, there are entrances into the Park of Nervi, a 22 acre botanical garden known for its exotic collection of palms. The park offers jogging paths, a children's playground and four impressive villas that have been transformed into art museums: the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Villa Serra; the Wolfsoniana featuring Art Noveau and Art Deco furnishings, paintings and sculptures; a Belle Époque art collection in Villa Grimaldi Fassio and the Luxoro villa with a collection of furnishings, ceramics, décor, antique fabrics and a collection of antique watches and clocks.
For Kids: Genova's historic center, 30 minutes away, has the Genova Aquarium, the largest aquarium in Italy and one of the largest in Europe.
Public Transportation: The Pieve Ligure train station is one third of a mile away. This local train services all the nearby coastal towns and Genova's Brignole station. Service to Monterosso al Mare, the first village of the Cinque Terre takes 70-90 minutes with a change of train in either Sestri Levante or Recco. Read the timetable carefully to avoid trains with extra stops that take longer. The last two trains returning from Monterosso are 9 pm and 11 pm.
Beach: The neighboring towns of Sori, Bogliasco and Recco have small, pebbly cove beaches. In this area, there are private, pay per use beach clubs. Guests are given a chair and have access to restrooms and a beach bar.
Boat Excursions: Tourist boats leave from the Recco promenade from May through September. Daily ferries leave for Portofino and the abbey of San Fruttuoso. Boat excursions to Cinque Terre leave a couple of days per week.
Hiking: Drive 25 minutes to the tiny hamlet of San Rocco, found along the route to Portofino. From the parking area, there are marked hiking trails of varying degrees of lengthy and difficulty over the Portofino mountain. The trails cross over the promontory and lead down to the tiny fishing hamlet of San Fruttuoso with an 8th century Benedictine abbey. This romantic cove is accessible only by boat or by a 3 hour hike. On return, San Rocco has a couple of cocktail bars well positioned for lovely sunsets.
Golf & Tennis: Golf Club Rapallo, a 30 minute drive away has an 18 hole course and outdoor tennis courts. Closed on Tuesday. Tennis Club Bogliasco is a 5 minute drive with indoor and outdoor courts.
Open Air Markets: Morning markets are held on Monday in Recco, Tuesday in Bogliasco, Wednesday in Camogli, Thursday in Sori and Rapallo. One of the largest markets is in Genova's Piazza Palermo every Monday and Thursday morning. In Bogliasco, there is an antique market on the third Sunday of each month. Chiavari hosts the largest antique market in Liguria on the second weekend of each month - one of the best in Liguria with vendors from all over northern Italy, France and Germany.
